OneTouch Winch Handle
The Lewmar oneTouch Winch Handle is a new approach to winch handle design. Its patented oneTouch mechanism allows you to squeeze the release lever (which runs the entire length of the handle) and pull to unlock in one quick, easy motion. To lock in, simply squeeze and attach. All it takes is one hand. So you can spend less time fiddling around and more time sailing.

The primary series winch handle have been carefully designed for the day sailor with simple but effective features to keep costs down. Today the Primary series is the worlds biggest selling range.

All primary series are manufactured from high grade injection molded glass nylon. The handle is made in two section then ultrasonically welded creating a box section designed for strength and stiffness. All models are fully serviceable with parts availability through your local dealer

ADVICE
When installing a winch, Lewmar recommends the winch must be mounted on a flat surface and that the rope enters the drum at an angle of 5deg to 10deg to the base axis of the winch. This angle can be achieved by using a base wedge when mounting the winch.
